Just two blocks away from the metra, main shopping and restaurants, and across the street from a small, well-stocked grocery store. It is a few blocks from major bus lines and a short 15 minute walk to University of Chicago campus. This building has an indoor tot lot and and outdoor playground on site.
This apartment is fully furnished and has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and bathroom. It features a queen-sized bed. The corner room is where our daughter sleeps and has a pack-n-play, rocker and toys. The third bedroom has an air mattress. Our couch is incredibly comfortable and LONG. Most guests prefer to sleep on the couch over the air mattress. :) There is a second bathroom between the two non-master bedrooms. Our house is clean and comfortable and located on the 9th floor. You can see the lake from the numerous windows and on a clear day you can see the city skyline. We are a short 15 minute drive from downtown and located in one of the safest neighborhoods in Chicago. We have laundry available on-site, pay-per-load.
Our apartment is available December 10-March 26th. Dates are negotiable.
